Ok...I'm new at this sim game and I need a bit of help. I would like to load
some of the patches available for my sims( icr-2 and CPR ), but I have not
found any instructions for integrating the patches into the games and I'm
afraid of screwing something up! Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Most patches are self executable, you download them from the respective
websites, which puts a copy of the executable in your download directory.
Then click on run - browse - then the "patch".exe - subst the name for
"patch". It shoud then find your game and patch it.
