ah, yes. that isn't very banked, is it?  hard to tell, for me anyway,
as you get a different perspective on things from a bike. :)

oh, that one.  I've never driven a car around anderstorp, but it's
certainly way off the racing line for motorbikes.

I can't think of any.  others will know a lot more about this. :)

sadly, no.

Stavelot, on the old Spa, is quite heavily banked - more so than GPL
had led me to expect.

Strange, I thought GPL had it exaggerated until I drove out to see for
myself... GPL doesn't show the part that goes the other way, but I thought
the banking was pretty much spot on.

Strange how we perceive things differently from person to person.

Awesome story, Sven!  Thanks for sharing :-)  I can't BELIEVE they let you go
307 kph, let alone on a wet track!

I'm qiute sure, it is because it is a Formula one car. In any other car it
would have been very dangerous for a non-racedriver to reach this speed. The
F1 is very stable, also in this speed, and everything shakes a lot, you have
the feeling you can let go of the steeringwheel (I did not try this!!!) and
the car would still continue strait ahead.

A very intense experience for me it was!
