Overheating in M3 mod for F1 2002

Anyone got any suggestions for curing this? I've tried...

1. Keeping out of the yellow and red led's on both upshifts and downshifts
2. Setting the rev limit as low as possible in the setup.

Since the radiator size is fixed, these are all my possible solutions
exhausted. What else am I missing?

Is there a site out there, (or a kindly soul) with some good, stable, cool
(!) setups available?

Thanks in advance,

Rick.

c'com guys, he's aking for help, bunch'a tossers.

Rick - goto options-->rules-->mechanical failures-->set this to
"normal".  i believe the default is "time scaled".  this should do it.

Sorry, Rick I haven't run the M3 mod.(probably about the only one I
haven't at least looked at)  I have heard good things tho about it so I'm
guessing it shouldn't be a huge problem.  When GTR 2k2 first came out, it
had an overheating problem.  That was fixed quickly with the 1.1 physics
patch.  perhaps M3 has the same oversight.
One thing that MIGHT help is changing the damage setting in the realism
options.  I think default is time-scaled.  i.e. if you run a 10 lap race
instead of the full 100, damage that would accrue over 90 laps will show up
at lap 9.   Change that to regular(sorry I've forgotten the exact name) or
none.  See if that helps.
Next I'd try the RaceSimCentral forums.  They have a dedicated forum
inside the EA F1 & Nascar section about M3.  Good Luck.

Cheers both - will give both suggestions a try.

Rick.
