F1 2002: BMW M3 mod & F1RST2

I've noticed that F1RST2 (which for those who don't know, is a VROC style
utility for F1 2002 & mods) has a section for this mod and there seems to be
quite a few people playing it.

Is this mod any good?  If so, where can I get it?
