GP3 Question - Slow Speed

My PC crashed recently and after I re-install GP3, add the new patch, my top
speed is only 180 vs. 300 before, very strange, did I forget to install some
patches or fixes?

No, but you did forget to switch the***pit readout from mph to km/h ("Use
metric units" option in Workshop - Utilities - Menu Setup).
