N2 is an old program that is really a dos program hiding in a windows
shell. To use the USB you must have a windows program running it...I
don't think any dos program will operate a usb wheel correctly. In N99
you have a choice between dos or windows programs, I can't remember is
N2 has this as well but if it does, choose the .exe file that has a
fancy looking icon rather than the plain box icon. That "might" get ya
going. Also make sure your usb wheel is listed as the first device in
the controllers section of win9x.
