blind guess since i've never seen a SB Live card....but does it use
jumpers like my SB16 does?...maybe your game port isnt connected?......i
dunno.....like I said...dumb blind guess
I use a sprint and with win98.....also check thrustmaster's website for
the latest drivers...ver 1.3.......maybe that will solve your
problem...also....if you have GPL and you have trouble with the DirectX
input drivers giving you serious right drift under no throttle on a
straight piece of track...I'd love to hear back from you....

Do you actually have 2 different cards in our machine with game ports?
If not then your SBLive's gameport should be set to at least 201-207.

If you have more than 2 physical game ports in your machine you will
need to disable one of them to avoid a conflict.

In the advanced tab of the Game Controllers applet, what do you have
selected for your Port Driver?  For the Sprint I think it needs to be
"Standard Gameport".

I have the exact same setup 'e.g. TM Nascar Sprint, Sb Live and
Windows 98. Sorry I can't help on conflict problem but my setup
works great! Probably what Michael is suggesting will work!
Good Luck Thom_j.
