What about Actlabs' new Force RS they appear to be offering a wheel
made of quality components.  And reasonable price. Hopefully they are
just being reasonable to try to grab some market share.  I don't know if
it is available yet though.
Anyone have any news on this controller before I buy it?  It seems to
be worth checking out.
Their site oozes quality and commitment to computer ***. check it
out if you haven't yet.
     ACT LABS - Racing Systems

I would appreciate any feedback on this.

No clever little quotes from me.  8-)

Anyone know what games will be initially compatible with this wheel?

David did put the URL in his post, but in HTML format.

The wheel looks GREAT!

If it's even a *little* bit durable I'll be the first to buy it.

A guy I work with just returned from a CES in Las Vegas and he had
the opportunity to try out the ACTLabs wheel.  They had it running
with a special version of the Michael Andretti Racing game that supported
force feedback.  He said it seemed to work well and was comparable in
quality and feel to the TM Nascar Pro wheel (which he owns).

All the reports of this wheel make it seem great despite the "too
good to be true" pricing.  I can't wait to try it for myself.

Well, but how does it work with a racing sim?

I'll let you know as soon as I try one :)  I've never even seen
the MA game, but if the quality and durability of the wheel is
good, one could assume that it would work fine in a sim.  How
well does the Nascar Pro wheel work with the Andretti game?
