Any body have "Full Explaination" for what each of these values are.  I
get the rels, blap, pit window, speedway type, and the restictor plates.  
I am interested in the TIRES, WIND, GREEN FLAG values.  JED, if you read
this could you please share this information if you have it.  I am just
getting in to learn some programing and would like to try to shorten
tracks, reduce tire wear at some tracks.
