Then go to the Utilities Page for SPINTRKS.zip

THE FOLLOWING IS A COPY OF THE README FILE IN SPINTRKS.ZIP

The Files in SPINTRKS.ZIP Includes 3 files!

ORIGINAL.ZIP    The Original Nascar2 Track.txt Files That Came with Nascar2
Racing.

MODIFIED.ZIP    Modified Nascar2 Track.txt Files. These Files Have Been
Modified
To Give You the Maximum Number of Opponents For Each Of The Tracks.
You Will Have To Accelerate Fast To Activate The Spin Feature To Be
Able To Get Out Of Your Pit Stall Without Bumping The Car In Front Of
You. The taladega.txt File Has Also Been Modified To Remove The
Restrictor
                Plate.

README.TXT      The File You Are Reading.

NOTE - NOTE !!!!        All of these files have been tested, The taladega.txt file
has also
been altered for non-restrictor plate racing (simply the way it was
done in the original Nascar. It does increase the Horsepower of the
car, but I am not sure if that is the only modification that needs
to be made for non-restrictor plate racing in Nascar2.) If you do
wish to use the modified taladega.txt file for maximum number of cars
but not for non-restrictor plate racing, you will need to edit the
                        SPDWY line in the modified taladega.txt - change the 0 to a 1 .....

I assume you realized that the readme instructions included with
Nascar2 are not complete.  You need to add one to the maximum number of
cars to account for the pace car.
