Am I best to use the voodoo 2 drivers that came with my graphics card or
will I get better framerates in gpl using the open gl drivers, I have
windows 98.

I would check with your card's vendor's web site and see if they have
more recent drivers than the ones shipped with our card. You will get
better results using your card's drivers over the openGL drivers.
You may also want to try the latest (non-DirectX 6.0) drivers at
www.3dfx.com (as it seems that most Voodoo2 vendors are now posting the
DirectX 6.0 drivers -- which are causing some folks problems with GPL).
