F1CS and logitech wingman gamepad

I have the logitech wingman which has two small 'joystick'
controllers in the middle.  I use these small 'joysticks' in
games like Nascar 4 and GPL.  The left one I use for
steering while the right one is for the gas and braking.  My
question is in f1cs, I cant get the game to recognize the
right joystick.  It only recognizes the left.  Any ideas on
how I can use the right joystick.  Thanks for any help.
