All the pit functions work when the game is paused....sure it takes a little
reality out by being able to stop time - but hey, since you have to use your
hands to talk to the pit crew it is sometimes necessary for big changes,
unless you have about 10+ programable buttons on your wheel. Just remember
to wait until your going straight before you pause - being in mid turn is
not a good time to stop unless you want to kiss the wall when time is
unfozen.
