I was sitting here wondering about some of the rules for Nascar 3, today.  I
was wondering if it would be possible to implement them into the game.

The first is the black flag, i believe the only way Nascar2 hands out
penalities is by throwing the black flag on the restart.  Is there a way to
have N3 maybe hold you in the pits, or send you to the end of the longest line.
 Examples:

-  Speeding on to pit road:  should be held in your pit stall

-  Speeding off of pit road:  During a caution- end of the longest line
                                       Green Flag conditions: Black Flag

-  Pitting before pits are open:  End of the longest line

My only other question, concerns speeding down pit road.  Is there a way to not
get black flagged, if you have to go down pit road to avoid an accident or if
you get bumped down pit road?

Just a couple questions i have about N3, looking for realism not fictional!!!

I shall be interested in the responses to this as these are things
that I had personaly hoped that they would implement in N2!! Of
course, after years of begging I had hoped for Soda to be like Nascar
in realism and graphics etc, <wry grin> so needless to say I am used
to disappointmnt <G>.
