Everybody should be able to race in NRL even IVGA directors and
members.Thay are also looking forword to to compete in NRL just as
everybody else is.NRL dosn`t have the right to keep these people from
joining the leage.I hope you (payparus)keep this in mind it is not fare
to IVGA directors and
members.
