It does have an overscan feature, but I have not had to use it. It almost
fits my 32in. Toshiba perfectly. I have used many external boxes to send a
signal to my S-Video jack on my TV and have never had great results. One of
the boxes I bought cost me $300.00 a couple of years ago. I paid $179 for
the Pure 3D, and I got a great 3DFX card, plus the best working TV out I've
tried yet. Rendition Dos games like Nascar 2 and Indycar 2 work great, and
3DFX games like MotoRacer, Quake, Jedi Knight look awesome. With all games,
I have had to sacrifice a little bit of top or bottom of the screen to get
it to fit on the TV, but nothing that has kept me from being able to play
the game correctly.
