Yes - they told me to RETURN the card (at my expense) and within 2-3 weeks I
would receive either my repaired card or a new one.
That is TOTALLY unnacceptable. To even fathom getting a REPAIRED card in place
of a new one that is 6 days old. Then to have to wait 2-3 weeks after I paid an
extra $15 for NEXT DAY FED-EX the first time..
When I called to find out how long my REFUND would take to process they told me
3-4 weeks based on their accounting system. So I strapped the piece of shit on
the back of a turtle and pointed it in Canopus' general direction.
Now I have my Monster and my Velocity 128 and am back in the FAST (and working)
LANE!
