Is anyone working on a Race Engineer program for N2K3? I used it all the
time in GPL and miss it. :( It'd be great to be able to quickly try out a
gearset on a different setup, without having to change each ratio.

Try to find a program called N4 Utility Machine. It supposedly works
with N2003 (i've used it with N2002). Its not nearly as nice as
GPLRE, in that you can't edit the setups from within the app itself,
but it does let you compare setups side by side, both graphically and
numerically. The web page appears to be down, so you're gonna have to
try to find someone hosting it.

For just comparing setups (along with some explanations of the differences)
you might want to take a look at the US pits downloads in the utilities
section as well.
