A revised GRE has been posted.  Version 0.9.1 has a fix for the drag and
drop problem.  GRE installation is at my Web site:

  http://www.racesimcentral.net/

Click on Add-Ons, and choose GPL Race Engineer under Utilities on the
menu at the right.

If you've already downloaded and installed the full installer, or have
installed Visual Basic and the other GRE support files, you need only
download the GRE executable zip file.  The GRE Help file hasn't changed
in this version.  

The executable-only zip file is here:

Unzip this into your GRE installation folder, e.g. c:\Program Files\GRE.
