Greetings,

I am looking to purchase a force feedback steering wheel.  I am
wondering if anyone has any comments for The Thrustmaster, Microsoft or
Logitech wheels.

        Thank-you for your time

I own 2 MS FF Wheels and they work very well. I'm not much on the  FF
side of things and I bought them for the optical sensors vs.
mechanical pots, durable design, adjustable steering resistance, and
the pedals just plain felt best to me compared to the existing TMs out
at the time. If I was shopping now, I would be looking at USB wheels
(I believe Logitech has one now). My guess is MS, TM and all others
will soon follow suit.

There's a great message board on this subject at http://www.force-1.com/
Click on "discussion".
There's always at least one person from Logitech there every day, so they
can answer your technical questions rather quickly.  I recommend the Formula
Force.

I recommend the Formula Force with TM T2 pedals. Sorry, but the pedals that
come with the FF are very cheesy, have no feel to them.  T2 are much better.
However, the one thing I miss in the FF is adjustable resistance.  I've also
noticed that the FF has a huge null zone in VR even with the null zone set
to the min. in the game.
