Automotive engineer with DaimlerChrysler, 20 years this month (12 in
aerodynamics and 8 in charging and cranking systems).

As far as the geek/nerd thing, every look to see where all those high
school jocks ended up?  A few years ago I saw one from my high school
flipping burgers at Wendy's.  I told my kids, "be smart, be a nerd, and
when you grow up you can laugh at the jocks repaving the road on your
way to the bank."
