Can someone please inform me how to remove restrictor plate in
Nascar. I know I need to edit something, but can't recall what?

Open c:\nascar\tracks\taladega\taladega.txt
On the line that says Speedway, change the 1 to a zero.

What's the restrictor plate? What does it do removing it?

 no..they still have them on the cars..to get inserance coverdge the
cars can't adverge over 200 for a lap.
