Tell me how to take off the restrictor plates, please!  And also I would like
to know where ncsetup is. If someone can mail this information to me it
would be nice. I do not have a chance to check this news group everyday.  I
may not get a reply in the news group before it is taken off the group.

Go into the NASCAR\TRACKS\TALADEGA directory and edit the TALADEGA.TXT file.
Find the line SPEEDWY and change the initial 1 to a 0.
