In the latest Issue from Sierra doing their propaganda spiel, they had
some good info on NROS. A lot more then I've gathered perusing here
for months.
Bottom line is the NROS division will be different then regular
divisions <assuming Papyrus/TEN allows other leagues. That hasn't been
mentioned yet. They may not allow them>.
Skill updates will be similar to Hawaii. You'll be moved up or down
based on your driving performance, and whether you***Ed Martin off
<This I mean by cheating, or whatever>.
Races will most likely be judged by Incidents and finishing Position.
Similar to Hawaii. Race distance will likely not play a part.
This is my personal conjecture based on what I've seen.
The people who know this are keeping it under wraps.
