I used to use MSN as my provider untill I tried NROS. That should tell ya
something right there. Anyway what I found was that the transfer rates
were OK but stability was TERRIBLE. I was able to race but I would warp
for many seconds at a time. If you are really gonna race seriously I
strongly recommend you switch ISP's, although you might have a better route
than I did. Best advice is try it and see what "mr. Bandwidth" telll you.

I had MSN for a day and found the connection to be quite good.... but I
had AOL before that
