  N3 and INTERGRAPH VOODOO CARD

In N#, my voodoo card with the latest driver and glide won't work in
N3 under the glide checkbox in the graphics box of the options section
in the game, even though during installation it reconizes the glide
present.  Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated..

Do you have the Intense 3D Voodoo card?  If so, N3's Glide rasterizer
does not support the Voodoo Rush chipset.

As a matter of fact, YES I DO..  So what does that mean? Do/Can I
still run it with direct 3 or the none checkbox?

It might run using the D3D rasterizer, but in all honesty I'd suggest
a new video card.  You can pick up a Voodoo3 or a TNT2 for about $100
with either of which being a vast improvement over the Rush.

thanks, I'll show the old lady your reply so I can back up my "SALES
PITCH" on a new Voodoo3 card.

If you're really low on cash, a Voodoo2 board can be had for $79.99
minus a $30 rebate, last time I checked.  I have one and it runs N3 at
all resolutions, and I typically use 800x600 for flawless framerates on
my Celeron 500.  But then again, if you've got the cash, a Voodoo3 is
overall a better card for other games, but not necessarily for the
Papyrus sims.  My Voodoo2 runs NASCAR 3 and Grand Prix Legends just as
well as my roommate's Voodoo3 3500 (the top of the line) on similar
machines.
