Unless it's changed drastically, it's an online-only thing that puts
you "into" the action, kind of like NASCAR Heat's "Beat the Heat"
mode. The main problem was that the "AI" (or "real") cars weren't
affected by you at all, which was annoying. Also, you couldn't do
anything with your setups, which meant you were locked-in to whatever
they gave you.
Still, though, I did have a bit of fun with it, so I'd say it's worth
checking out. Check their site first, though, to see if you can
download the program for less than EB's asking price.
