I have a (You guessed it ) Packard Bell 32mb 120 mhz and when I
installed screaming 3d and fired up, the windows screen loads then my
computer re-boots its self and wants to go into safe mode. Any body know
what I did wrong?

It must boot up in Safe mode in order to load the drivers and such I
believe. Once your drivers are completely installed it should go back
to a normal boot.

Have you installed the video drivers for the Screamin' 3D while in the
"Safe Mode"?  It sounds like you don't have Win95 drivers installed for
the card yet.  Without the drivers Win95 can't do anything but safe
mode.
