1-800 #'s don't work, you'll just have to wait till it gets in the stores
near you.
Best of luck

Anyway, typical of Sierra nowadays, the cards did NOT come in 5 days.
We called to inquire about the order and they say that they will
"START shipping" Dec 10. So, now it will be Dec 12 or 13th before we
will find out if Sierra is lying again.
If they don't come, I will have totally lost faith in SIERRA as well
as mail-order buying. If I can't feel something in my own hands, I
have to believe it doesn't exist.
Having written a setting file editor for NASCAR that has been well
received, I almost feel obligated to get NASCAR2 to write a new
version, but I refuse to buy it until I hear fewer bugs in the
program. Even then, I'll probably wait until there are so many on the
shelf the the price will drop.
I'll probably wait until April like for NASCAR1. I bought it the day
it hit the streets in November, returned it within a week, tried it
when the first bug patch came out in Feb(??) or so, returned it again,
waited until April for 2nd patch and it was useable, but frame rates
were un-acceptable with a PC that was about 20% over the recommended
for SVGA by Papyrus.
All I can say now is, those cards better come, or I'll go out and buy
a better card from someone else. (If it takes 2-3 weeks for the cards
to come I'll have the money for a better one.)

If you're frustrated with Sierra, why not get an Intergraph
Reactor? Why spend $50 more (until Dec. 31), wait until who knows
when to get it (Intergraph can deliver within 18 hours for $9), and
then suffer through Sierra's tech support (this is brand new hardware,
and you *will* need them at some point)? The games bundle may be
better with Screamin' 3D, but all us sim-racers need is ICR2-3D,
right? ;)
