Guillemot Ferrari Wheel because i am no able to
configure them properly.
Here are my values:
Core.ini
Force feedbak damping: 2.0
Force feedback latency:   0.099

Any help wolud be appreciated.

If you do a net news search, this topic has been covered many times and
there are varying views on what works best.  To start, we need to know if
you are using USB or serial port and how fast is your CPU?

Marc.

Hi Marc,
my wheel is  usb connected and the cpu
is a intel 700 oc to 784.
There is not a hardware problem (i suppose).
With Gp3 the wheel is working fine.
Thanks.

My setup is something like:
core.ini
damping 70-100         (higher value makes weak forces stronger)
latency 0.025          (could be zero I suppose, don't notice any difference)
torque  150-250        (lower value makes forces stronger)

control panel
overall 100
spring  0        <---- IMPORTANT!! bugs show up without this one
damper  0-10           (higher values add to damping, not really needed
since the Ferrari wheel have quite a lot of it anyway)
default spring isn't used in GPL as far as I know

I must say that despite using and promoting similar settings to Mats, your
approach yields a very nice feeling wheel.  Mats and I have tried to figure
out how to get rid of the gravel in the steering box feel and you have
managed to do that, Marko.  As far as I can tell so far, the feedback itself
is as good or better than with GPL damping setting set in the 100 range.

Thanks!

Marc.
