It would be very cool if Papyrus would implement support for the Act
Labs RS Shifter http://www.racesimcentral.net/
that is forthcoming.

Anybody else think it would be perfect for GPL to have a sequential
shifter? Speak now!

Sorry if I wasn't clear Marc - a "physical" sequential shifter as opposed
to the "virtual" shifter in GPL. Click the link mate :)

sure it'd be cool, but not many people would be able to use it because if
you use the act labs shifter, you have to use their steering wheel and
pedals.

First off.

1. To use the RS Shifter, you need an ACT LABS wheel. My #1 choice is the
FORCE RS. I love that thing!

2. Papyrus, for whatever reason, has yet to support the RS Shifter. I
think we should start an email campaign!

Agreed! The Force RS is the best FF wheel IMO. I have the RS Shifter on
order. GPL support would be awesome!

Yes Yes I've the rs force..it's awesome.....the only reason I'm holding back
on the shifter is this issue of gpl support...please please let it be done!
if we get this we'll be one step nearer to ff gearknobs!!
