the encoders are used with their combo controller.  It is Digital/Analog so
you can use pots or encoders.  the standard controller is Analog only.

I received my Combo controller a couple months ago.

Ok, I spent more for GPL, because I'd been *waiting* for the Ring and
Monaco(Ironic, I now *hate* Monaco in GPL...)

DTC-SC - $19.95
N3 - don't remember.  I can't find the box - I think I gave it away to a
co-worker's son...

Having spoken to the West's several times over the Goodwood weekend, I can
assure you multiplayer is very much upper most in their minds. As well as
normal multiplayer on-line racing they are hoping to include things such as
2 drivers/one car for enduro events, on-line pit crews etc etc.
