GP2 patch features

Listening to GP2/SOUND/SAMPLE.CAT I have found a few features which
sound pretty promising for the patch.

Obviously there is *hopefully* the rain and pit radio to look out for,
as well as 1996 cars and drivers.

There is also oil, water and debris on the track to be watched out
for, so these must be included. The fact that water on the track is
included leads me to believe that not only is rain included,
CHANGEABLE weather is included DURING a race! Dunno if rain is present
in qualifying though.
There is a 10 second penalty, although there's no indication as to
whether it is a stop go penalty or the current one.
There is a crowd cheer, presumably for winning the home GP.
There are also, apparently, red flags in both qualifying and race. Now
this sounds REALLY good. Red flags in qualifying seem to basically
mean that the lap you are on will have to be terminated. Red flags in
the race obviously mean a restart.

BRILLIAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANT!
