See if this helps as a first remedy: before starting your game, turn
the wheel completely left and the completely right.

I think there's still a small off-center problem with the
autocalibration of the new drivers, I had the problem of a sudden
off-center wheel while driving, and so far it never happened again
since I started to turn the wheel left/right before starting.

With what Sim?  If it's N4, and you have the wheel straight, it will go
left, it's how the cars behave.

Interesting...  That just happened to me tonight as well.  Everything was
fine, then the next run of N4 my wheel was 30 deg to the right in turn 1.

I restarted and it went away.

My prop is in Windows too, my Momo doesen't are straight even windows, it's
turning right all the time it's not centered, tryed all, installed Wingman
software again and so on. I have heard that most people have this prop with
Momo.

The beta patch fixes most of this. Not quite perfect, but they know this and
it will get better.

It is NOT a mechanical problem with the wheel.  It's the Wingman Software.
