Some questions: :)
a.)Is it possible to set the weather permanently to "sunshine" ?
b.)In controller settings : Should i leave all this 50% settings as they
are? How about those deadzone 5%.change it?leave it?

yes, choose the 'dry' option when loading a track. Avoid the 2002
season setting since that will try to load Schumacher and Irvine etc.
Controller axis sliders at 50%. deadzones ZERO. Go back to the keyboard
screen and reduce the Speed sensitivity setting to ZERO. Then just before
hitting the track load a setup and reduce the STeering Lock which usually
defaults to around 20 degrees to about 14 to 16 degrees.
