MGPRS2 has better Force Feedback effects, the cars look better, there is two
new tracks (although the Portugal Track is not included in MGPRS2), it has
much better looking wheels, the driving model has been modified somewhat,
there is a new view to race with, you can run it at higher resolutions if
you have the proper video card, and it is easier now to edit the tracks and
cars thanks to the included editor (although you can not modify the tracks,
just the textures). It also has the game service that lets you race on-line.
If you enjoy F1RS, you'll enjoy MGPRS2. But MGPRS2 is just an evolution of
F1RS.

Yes and no. There is still the unrealistic tyre slip angle that creates
what you say at most of the corners in MGPRS2, but at least you can have a
better feeling of such action now. I guess they just exaggerated and
stretched a little the canned physics :)
Best example to see this is to do like Formula Ones do before each race :
Go left and right to build up heat during the pre-race laps. Try this with
MGPRS2/F1RS. You will probably easily spin after those hard
understeer/instant oversteer maneuvers. Now load Gp2 and see how accurate
your able to do so. Im taking about those real F1 left and rights. Sharp
angles, throttle blip between each, hard throw of the wheel on each side.
Can't be done with the Ubisoft game engine or you'll spin.
Of course, take all my bashing at Ubisoft with a grain of salt (download the
demo to make yourself an opinion).
