Does anyone have a rundown on all the various settings in the
trackname.txt files? The N2 readme talks about max number of cars,
but I'm curious about what the other settings do.

There is a Tracker's Hack FAQ for NASCAR1 which goes into some detail
about most of the settings. NASCAR2 has added a few more, but the rest
of the NASCAR1 info should apply.
