Designates the txt file is for N2?

Controls all of the pit lane parameters (the location of pit entrance,
where the pace car enters and exits the pits, where the pace car parks
during the race, etc).

Contols the pace lap at the begining of the race (number of columns,
spacing of the columns, etc.).

Position of the blimp camera during replays?

Where on the track the green flag is waved (when the pole sitter crosses
this point).

The average temperture as well as a min and max temp range from which a
random value is chosen.

Somehow controls the wind parameters (strength and direction)?

It's been around since ICR and N1, but there is no rain in Papyrus games.

Controls the fasteszt Qualifing speeds of the AI cars (24.100sec).

Relative strength of the AI cars as compard to the other tracks.

Controls the grip, temperature, and wear of the tires (first three are left
side, second three are right side).

I have no clue on any of these 4.

Controls strength and power of AI cars in arcade mode.

< lots of stuff snipped>

Eric, i just played around a little with the COLOR figures (digits). First
i couldn't see any changes to the track or the pacecar, so i gave it up and
started playing with the mirror stuff instead. And than i noticed it:  It
controls the colours in the mirror! Stupid me keept looking at the track
all the time!!! :-)

So there you go; the COLOR no. controls the mirror background colours.

If someone make the mirror good for night race please post it here on
r.a.s.   Don't have time this week for testing it.  But thanks a lot for
