Okay, when some of you "hackers" get bored, how about finding out what
the following lines in the TRACK.TXT files do?

The following only appear at two tracks:
Atlanta/Martinsville
PCARL 5 0
PTICK 0 30
PBRKS 60 50

And then there are:
ASTRN 125
APOWR 125

No particular need to figure it out. The three P???? ones relate to
the AI cars (and pace car) decision to pit in. It's car lengths
(PCARL) + ticks at speed (one tick is 1/15th of a second) PBRKS is how
"hard" they will permit themselves to brake on the way into the pits.

ASTRN is arcade strength modifier (for AI cars)
APOWR is arcade engine power modifier (for AI cars)
There are default values for these, (which I don't recall what they
are right now) These are both "percentages" (so 100 means "same as
simulation mode")

Thanks Jim.  Now this begs the next question.  Could the "pit fakes"
under yellow at Atlanta be related to these entries in the atlanta.txt
file?  Of course the problem couldn't be that easy to fix.  Just
curious...
