can someone give me a website address to explain how to change nr2003 to hi
res.

I have a dell 256 ram 2.0ghz, with a radeon 9600 pro video card. is this
enough to do hi res

you can download a high res carset.

Im not sure how your system will handle a full field of hi rez's.  I think
your display settings & options are a factor.
