        Has anyone created a stats utility for calculating Leagues stats from
race to race that can work with exported N4 race files? If so, where is
it downloadable?

There is http://www.racersdomain.com/nrla.  We use it for
http://www.scprc.com races.

There is another one used by the www.proracingclub.com (TNGS) guys
http://personal.bellsouth.net/~rrathbon/pc.  You can check
http://www.proracingclub.com/nascar4/TNGS for how it looks.
