The short answer is they need to DOCUMENT this so we understand what's
happening. NROS documented the entire process well. We need the same
now...

I wondered about that. The second of the races only had about 5 cars and I
finished 2nd, but the first one had about 23 starters and I finished 3rd.

Races with "-" are non-rating servers. Pointing your mouse to the RTG
title while in WON gives lots of good help on each field.

Well, I don't pretend to understand this system any more than the rest,
that's for sure, but I do know for a a fact that 0-10 races score.
Almost every single race I've run in has had a 0-10 setting, and I've worked
up to a RC=1, ST=2, SW=3 and SS=4, with an LPI of 525.
We _really_ need Papyrus to document this entire system. Now...
It's intended to mean _something_, and if we don't understand the meaning,
how can it ever be applied to anything?

once you get those numbers on the screen. You can press shift and cntrl
together and a more Detailed report comes up with a whole new set of
initials.
I do wish there was a site that carefuly explained what they all mean.

I knew about this, and you're right. It just gives us even more information
we don't know how to read :)
