I have a Diamand Speedstar64 PCI version. Does anyone know if this has
the S3 chip? I can not find any documentation stating what chip it has,
any help would be appreciated.

Take a look at the board.  The main chip is usually about 1 inch
square.  Just read the silk screen on the chip.
