easy Nascar Thunder 2003 question

by Rich » Wed, 26 Nov 2003 03:17:29

I just finished running the demo and found it doesn't allow L & R side
viewing from the***pit.
I've always liked the feature and was wondering if the full version allows
it. Thanks for any info.

Hmmm...guess I'm posting this in the wrong newsgroup, since no-one seems to
have any knowledge of this game...or this question.
Didn't realize it was so difficult to answer. My apologies everyone.

I don't have the game, so I can't answer it.

There are any number of reasons why your post didn't get answered the
first time. You may have accidently generate a tone that offended
anyone who does have the game. Everyone who has the game may have
been offline for a few days -- it *is* coming up on the US
Thanksgiving holiday which CNN tells me is the busiest time of the
year for travelling. Everyone who has the game who was online may
have had their interest piqued by some other topic.

In any case, you get what you pay for. Just relax and post your
question again -- making sure to take a less antagonistic tone than
you did here. No one here owes you anything; you are one who is
looking for information, and getting people's backs up because they
didn't answer your first post isn't going to do much to improve the
reply rate.

All the best,

This response should have ended here...but "Darryl Johnson"

of netiquette, decided that Rich needed to be taught a lesson by critiqueing
his more than respectable request in message

Darryl, I realize your concern here and it is fully understood.
The psychology that I intentionally created in this second posting was to
initiate a reply since the first one didn't get answered.
I knew its slight undertones would create a response just as you have shown,
however, the knowledge you provided was rather moot since it did not
adequately provide any useful information pertaining to the original
subject. Now, you may find this sort of provoking a little unorthodox and
rude...but despite your judgement, I received an answer via email from an
unoffended person.

I think it is ideal for one to use whatever tools they have to get what they
need.
In a NG such as this, one should stay a little more focused on the topic at
hand and realize that lecturing will not win friends either.

Regards,

Rich
