Once you purchase the sim (say, version 1.07), then download the 1.05
patch...I think you can still nab it off the Ubi Soft France server

When the game comes out at the end of March will it have the 1.07 patch already
implemented?  If it does, id rather not have it since people seem to think it
makes the game run slower.  Anyone know where I can pick up a copy of this sim
with the 1.05 version.  Thanks for any help.

Interact-CD was selling the UK import.  That's where I got my copy when
it first came out a few months ago.  They were out of stock for awhile
after that, but then had it in again.  I'd check with them.  Reasonable
price ($39) plus very good service (I musta called everyday for a week
checking on order status and they were always very nice to me).

Hi,
      You can always patch back to the 1.05 version too. So if you get the
new one and need the 1.05 patch I can E-mail it to you if you like. I
personally have not had any problems with both the 1.07 patch as well as
using the no-cd utility.
