T2 and Game Card problem.

by John W » Sat, 11 Jan 1997 04:00:00

I have just bought the T2 but as the manual mentioned, cannot use on a
game port which is built-in on my Sound Blaster 16!

So my questions are:

1. How to disable the Game Port on my Creative Lab's Sound Blaster 16
(older version, no PnP support!)?

2. If to buy a new "ACM" game card, what will it looks like?  How much
it is?  Any alternative of it if I find none in Hong Kong?

Any help will be apprecated if send me via email, thank!

Did you already try to connect it to SB?
I use my T2 on SB16.
And I use a midi interface on the same port. The midi interface
has 2 joystick connection possibilities and so I don't need to
unplug T2 or midi (but I don't use them at same time).

For some games I have to add/remove the end of T2 connector (axes
adapter). Some Windows games need Windows joystick
installation/calibration additional to game setup.
