TNFS-SE doesn't support T2 and Wingman Extreme in DOS

by ¤? 2 » Tue, 09 Jul 1996 04:00:00

Hi every fellow NFS fans,

I have problem using my T2 or Wingman Extreme (WE)
with the new "The Need for Speed SE" in DOS mode.
Well, they work alright in Win95 mode, as Win95 supports
both T2 and WE.

As soon as I run the game in DOS, (even using the JCU
joystick which comes with the game),  I can't get
the Z-axis and R-axis working for both my T2 and WE.
(They work alright in TNFS original)  I don't know
why EA don't support them in TNFS-SE :(

Anyone has similar problem ?
I really appreciate if anyone NFS(or NFS-SE) fans
can give me some advice.
Thanks in advance.

Hi fellow TNFS-SE fans,

Sorry, TNFS-SE DOES support T2.

Just use the JCU joystick utility comes with the game
and just the default setting for T1/T2 (don't enable
z-axis and r-axis).

Now, I can use my T2 to play my TNFS-SE :)
Got to play more ....
