Nascar 2003 demo is out???

My friend downloaded the Papy Nascar 2003 demo about 30 minutes ago, and is
sending it to me via ICQ now.  Is this legit?  He said it is the demo that
some webpages have been receiving from Sierra/Papy.

and the posts from.............. Organization: RoadRunner - Tampa Bay ?

The only thing I know is that the demo VIDEO is out and you can`t tell
much of anything fron it.
