happy with it. Although I've been tempted to perhaps get a GeForce or
Radeon to replace it, I've stuck with the Voodoo5 because of the George
Smiley patch which provides a large, centered rearview mirror in GPL. (
I gotta have a good view of those cars coming up behind as I'm being
lapped! LOL )
My question is whether any other card has the capability of having that
large, centered rearview mirror in GPL? If so, which one, and where
would I find the patch for it?
If this is now a common capability (if so, I've missed hearing about it)
which card would you recommend? (I'm most interested in GPL, N4 and F1
2001). My system is an Athlon XP 1700+ with 512 Megs RAM, and SBLive
Value card.
Again, I'm only interested in switching videocards as long as I can
still have that rearview mirror in GPL.
