I have continuing my battle to get Open GL to work
with a TNT card. I have drivers 3.69 and direct x 7.
I installed the GPL Open GL patch, it allows me to
select open GL, but after I save and exit game, and
return, the setting is back to Software.
This card was working fine with open GL on another
computer. Someone suggested opening win.ini and
looking for DVA=0, and removing it. I don't have this
setting in my win.ini. I also when to setupopengl site,
and installed their older drivers, no luck...

Anyone have any other helpful things to try??/

Just taking shots in the dark here. You must exit the gpl options
screen where you choose opengl using the green square on the bottom
right and not the red square on the bottom left. I would use the Nvidia
2.08 reference drivers. Have you installed the gpl 1.2 patch ?

Why don't you try one of the Glide Wrappers that exists today? They might
let you run GPL under Glide. Go to
http://www.emulation64.com/glidewrappers.htm to download several different
ones.
